I was connected with Aire Serv of N Atlanta through my home warranty company. I submitted my request to have my A/C that was not producing any cooling air looked at on Saturday evening and they made an appointment to come check things out on Monday. The technician was very professional and thorough with his assessment and recommendation even giving me short term versus long term solutions. After ordering a full replacement of my unit, I called back to the office to get more info. Surprisingly, I spoke with the owner, Carlos. He was so patient and helpful in answering all of my questions and insisted that I call him back if I had more questions. Carlos promised that he’d be onsite with two technicians early on Thursday to install my unit and they did just that. Aire Serv exceeded my expectations because they were very communicative starting with office manager, David. Carlos, Luis and team were timely, professional and knowledgeable in their handling of this situation. David even called the following day to see if I had any questions or concerns about my newly placed system. I’d recommend this company to my friends and family in need of these services.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the very start they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A/C died in June and I had a new kitten at home. They came out and were able to get my air conditioner working while they had to order additional parts to finish the job. But the patch got us through and they came back promptly and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. I intend to ask for their service from my warranty company the next time I need any service for my air conditioning. 10/10
