I ordered the Thelin Gnome gas stove in Ivory enamel and stone hearth with 6" riser from AireServ. The stove arrived on time and very well packaged with a tilt indicator which showed the stove had not been tipped over. Sweet! I thought that was a great idea.The hearth arrived about 1 week late but the riser was not with it. I know that Mark had put it on the order form because I signed the form before he sent it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer had forgotten to create the riser, so Mark re-ordered that. It arrived about 2 weeks later. All items were installed before my Christmas party!!About 4 weeks after continual nightly use, the stove in one area had started to peel. AireServ came out the next day and took pictures. While on the phone, they tried to dismantle just the affected portion but the were told that the affected portion was part of the whole barrel. AireServ uninstalled the stove along with the black vent pipes and took it to their shop to repair and cure at their own expense as Thelin said that the warranty did not cover the peeling paint because the stove was still operable. I can't say enough about how well I was treated through this whole process and even though AireServ didn't have to repaint the stove at their cost, they did anyway (including the black venting!). I will recommend AireServ to everyone!! Thanks for a job well done!
