I am usually not impressed by service companies. The exception is Aire serv. One of their service guys came to look at my central ac 2 years ago. He was great and the unit worked perfectly all this time. The unit as I found out in this visit is 27 yrs old. Both my furnace and ac stopped working and ofcourse Temps were predicted to drop into the 30s. My furnace is a lot newer. I remembered my experience with Air Serv and never even considered another company. I called and spoke to Sandy. She is as wonderful as all of the reviews say. She stayed on the phone with me while I changed the batteries on the thermostat. She thought maybe that would solve the issue. The technician was here the next day!!! Earlier than the appointment 😌 amazing. He narrowed the problem down but it turned out to be bigger. Another tech came out to help. The outside unit was the issue and needed something replaced. They did a wonderful job and now I am sitting in a warm and toasty house. Thank you guys. I am glad I found you and hope everyone who reads this goes wirh you because you are absolutely the best.
