Darrick and Daron came out as arranged. As shipping of the unit components wasn't optimal, the guys went to Fletcher to pick up the unit from the shipping company's dock. It was hot this day already in the upper 80's when the guys arrived. Quick introductions and they were on the job. Since there were no copper lines to replace or duct work the install was simple talking about 4hrs. They worked without breaks until the system was pumping down. Did I mention it was hot?! The guys went to a local gas station to cool off – they worked hard to get the system in and earned a break in my book. The XP21 is much larger than the old Lennox Merit unit it replaced. A six blade low speed fan pulls the air through the unit and it's very quiet. The old unit was almost as loud as a lawn mower – in the master bedroom that was quite a jolt in the middle of the night…not any more. Darrick and Daron cleaned up before they left. Just like all the other employees I have met – polite, good workers, all smiles…what more could I ask. The new thermostat is the top of the line Dave Lennox signature series. WiFi capable so one can monitor or change settings while away. Multiple settings for day and night to keep the house comfortable. So far in the heat, the unit has been wonderful. Ryan Jackson came out to fix my Air Conditioner after a hot humid, very uncomfortable weekend. Initially he was going to be here on Tuesday and they were able to work me in on Monday first thing, whew. Ryan immediately knew what the issue was and got to work on it. He was very thorough and really looked at my system to see what he could do to help. I must say it was wonderful to work with such a personable and knowledgeable technician. He showed me how to care for my system and gave me pointers on how to reduce energy costs. I highly recommend Aire Serve.

I asked several local HVAC contractors for quotes to install a zoned system at my two-story house. Aire Serv guys had the best, creative problem solving approach of anyone who came by. They solved the loud noise caused by the fan and concentrated air flow in one of my rooms. They installed a system which allows for zoned comfort in all areas of my house. Reliable. Conscientious. Competively priced. What more can you ask for? On a routine maintenance call, AireServ discovered the gas line was leaking on our 29 year old system (A/C and Furnace). I had American Home Shield, and they wanted to assign a company 55 mi away – AireServ was in town, and knew the system, so that complicated matters. When we discovered the entire system was going to have to be replaced (the entire system was obsolete at this point) – Mark and his team – from front of office to inspection – worked with me on best solutions; dealt with AHS; completed the work efficiently; installation went without a hitch; cleaned up all the old junk and the work area. I highly recommend them if you're doing "due diligence" for a complete installation or need service on an existing unit.
