He informed us that the repairs were going to be very expensive and that we might want to consider a new heat pump. We were not surprised considering the age of the unit. We made an appointment for a representative to come and talk to us about all our options and the costs involved. Amy was a warm, friendly person and was in no hurry. She knew her products. We sat down and discussed all our options and decided what would be best for us. The crew came to install it and again, we could not ask for a better experience. They spent the better part of two days with us. The guys talked us through the process because there were electrical issues that required an electrician’s services. We were forewarned about the potential issues. We are hooked. They will be our service of choice for our future heating and cooling needs.

We had an issue with our AC not working. The technician, John, arrived before the estimated time, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and considerate. After introducing himself, John asked to take a look inside and proceeded to use shoe covers so as not to track anything into the house. I always appreciate that since we have had some very messy maintenance men. John quickly deduced the problem and proceeded to fix it and was very friendly and courteous while doing so. This did not take a very long time and he even stayed around for a little while longer to check and monitor the outside unit and to make sure that his work was effective. We would happily use AireServ again. Also, the person we spoke to at the dispatch office was very friendly and helpful and called twice to confirm that we were ready for the technician and that he was on schedule.
