Local AC Repair Service in Portland, Oregon

Great company! We called them last year to help with anemic AC and they suggested a new furnace in order to accommodate the dual zone system we wanted. The new furnace and zoning definitely did it. Flash forward, our ancient AC went out just before a heat wave and they came within days to diagnose. We had a new AC unit that keeps it arctic in about 3 days. Pricing seems fair given the quality of work. They are very knowledgeable and were happy to educate me/answer questions. We highly recommend them.

Amber and Emma were great coordinating the techs for the whole process: initial appointment to evaluate my needs, answering questions, updating me on the progress and arrival times. Dean the senior field tech came out initially and we discussed different options for a new furnace. Sean and Dean installed within a week, working with me to modify some ducting. This furnace installation was for my home. This is the second furnace they have installed for me, the previous one was for a rental. I often have additional needs and modifications during the process and the whole team, Emma, Amber, Dean and Sean are effective at communicating and following up with me, and making modifications to satisfy my desired outcome. I selected the 99% efficient Lennox. It runs quietly and keeps a consistent temperature. The S40 thermostat is great and can be operated from my phone. In the future, I will call on Dean and his team from Air Serv of Lake Oswego for My HVAC needs, both for my home and my rentals.

The Aireserv team was fantastic from beginning to end. On Saturday, when it was 113 degrees out, we returned home from the river to find that our central AC was no longer operating. After calling multiple other AC service companies, Aireserv saved the day by working to get us in same day for a consult. Dean, the super knowledgeable technician, stopped by around 10:30 pm. The bad news was that our AC had died, but Dean hooked us up with a small window unit to tie us over until the install of a new unit could occur a few days later. I’m not sure how we would have gotten through that heat wave without Airserve. Every interaction we had was positive! Highly recommend!

Temp-A-Cure is amazing. I had reservations after seeing their Yelp rating but they were fantastic to work and did great work. I appreciate that they kept me informed in the process. I would definitely use them again!

Timely response on a Friday to no heat at a rental house by Sr. Service Tech, Dean McClure. Dean’s communication and followthrough was outstanding. I was out of town, Dean sent photos and video and explained repair costs for the old 1995 gas furnace. Decided to replace the old unit. Dean brought portable heaters to the tenants for the weekend. He and crew installed the new furnace Monday morning and it was running and the house was warm by 2:30 pm that day. He followed up with photos of the installation. Really couldn’t be more pleased with Aire Serv. They will be the ones I call in the future.
