Couldn't be happier. Dean came out on a Saturday (no overtime charge, flat $29 or something like that which they waive if you have them repair). 20 year old gas furnace. $450 estimate for a new motor. Burners were ok, exchanger (?) same, but both 20 years of wear so upgraded to a 93% efficient furnace, added a box in case we want air conditioning installed later. No pressure to install a new furnace, but I figured it was worth it in the long run. Total bill about $2300 or so and the new furnace heats more evenly and saves us in heat and electricity.

This time, it was completely me being ignorant of my own system, but they didn't make me feel stupid at all. Michael and Peter were great to come out and take the time to show me a couple of other things, and replace the filters while they were here. I'm glad I found them.
