  • Highly professional service rep and installers. No hard sell from Dean, the senior rep, after he finished diagnosing our 18-year old furnace’s issues. Just good straight talk. We mutually agreed on a middle-of-the-road (95% efficiency) model furnace for replacement that included a duct cleaning and extra filters at no extra charge. The installers Robert and David were experts; they obviously had installed many furnaces and cleaned many ducts in their lifetime. There was no leftover dirt when they finished; the installation area and ducts were clean. The furnace is wonderful – we’ve learned to set thermostat lower than before to get the same heat. For example, while we used to set our thermostat at 70 degrees for daytime use and 67 for sleep, we now use 67 degrees for daytime and 65 for sleep. We’ll save on heating costs!   • I would highly recommend this company. I had went thru a different company in Keizer for a ductless heat pump. After a very bad experience and terrible customer service I cancelled the job with them. I got in contact with Ryan Starr at Aire Serv, within a few hours I had a quote and a install set up for the next day. Ryan and Zach Starr were the guys who came to do the job. They were very professional and very knowledgeable at what they do. This job was completed in a couple of hours and it looks great! Great company, and thank you to Ryan and Zach Starr!

  • They started at 8:30 this morning. Replaced our furnace, added AC, replaced the hot water heater, and most of the duct work. They were courteous, careful and efficient. I highly recommend them. We are pleased and excited. Thank you for a job well done. Hats off to Ryan S, Ryan K., Zach S., Zach E., Jeremy K., and Nate E. They did an amazing job! Dean was clear and concise when he gave us their bid. Nate stayed the latest and made sure we were satisfied with their service and that we understood the thermostat. Use these guys. They are worth every penny.

  • From the very beginning who took the call was great. Can’t remember her name though. Great personality, friendly. She set me up with Jamie Cochrane that came out to inspect. Jamie was very helpful, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and gave me recommendations. Jamie sent John out to quote me on replacement unit. Another great personable, knowledgeable honest person. The day of the installation Jeremiah Ramirez and I think his name was Dave., can’t remember, came out to install. Those guys were amazing. They did a thorough job, explaining every step of the way. These guys were dialed in. These guys hands down was the best crew I have ever worked with. Your team as a whole top down was top notch. Keep it up. They next thing was the courtesy text with pictures and profile of who was coming was incredible. I work in sales selling service. I brought this software up in our sales meeting.

  • Blake Wilson was our service tech. Unfortunately my air conditioner had stopped working on this last stint of 100 degree days, making me desperate for help. I had called multiple other places in and around Salem with no luck of getting a tome scheduled until I had called Aire Serve. They had told me that I they’d be able to squeeze me in during a 4 hour window of time. Within an hour Blake was at my front door with a great attitude and pleasant demeanor. I showed him the issue and he got right to work. He was able to identify the problem in minutes, explained to how the conducer worked (this was the problem with my AC) and how the AC worked overall. Very was very quick, thorough and polite, and very knowledgeable and professional. Blake had said that he has been taking as many calls as possible to help get AC problems fixed because he considers this an emergency since it is so hot outside and he just wants to help as many people as possible and he is even happy to do so. I would 10/10 recommend these guys to everyone. The lady answering the phone to assist in helping set up the appointment was extremely kind and helpful too! they all deserve 5 stars.
