Local AC Repair Service in Gresham, Oregon

My furnace was malfunctioning on the weekend. Dean came by on Sunday to confirm, so I purchased a new Lennox unit. He was kind enough to leave 2 space heaters to get through the night. Nate installed it late yesterday and I went to bed with heat! Thank you!

We've used AirServ as our heating and air conditioning service provider for several years. We are always pleased with the work done by their professionals. In particular Eliseo C. has been very professional, good about explaining the work he has done while in our home, and letting us know what may be an issue sometime in the future. It's nice to see when the AirServ vehicle arrives at our home it's his familiar face that comes to the door. We have previously and intend to do so in the future recommend them to friends and family.

On weds when the storm hit Portland I came downstairs to a furnace not working, I called several places to try and get someone to look at it and they were booked solid till the week of the 23rd. When I called Aire Serv the woman I spoke to said I think we can take a look at it today, let me call my tech and I will call you back. She called back and said he would be here in about an hour and a half. Jamie came out and it was a faulty a valve he gave me heaters to get me through the night and was back first thing in the morning. Once he got in there he discovered that the board was malfunctioning and that it would be costly to fix both and my furnace was from 1993 which I had no idea since I only moved in 1 year ago. I decided I would like to replace it. He apologized to me, and I thanked him because if he had not of found that it could have been dangerous to me and my kids. An hour later Ally came and helped me choose the perfect one for my house, she was so patient and understanding. I chose a system and they went above and beyond any company I have ever done business with, Jaime drove to the airport to pick up my new furnace in the ice and snow and they installed it till 9pm that night. Nate came while Jamie was driving it down to dismantle the old one and as other employees finished their routes they came there to help, at one point there were 5 of them there helping. I am so grateful to everyone at Aire Serv for the great lengths they went to for me and my family. No one likes to have to replace an expensive item in below freezing temps, but having customer service like that makes it so much easier. Thank you Air Serv!!!

Blake Wilson was our service tech. Unfortunately my air conditioner had stopped working on this last stint of 100 degree days, making me desperate for help. I had called multiple other places in and around Salem with no luck of getting a tome scheduled until I had called Aire Serve. They had told me that I they'd be able to squeeze me in during a 4 hour window of time. Within an hour Blake was at my front door with a great attitude and pleasant demeanor. I showed him the issue and he got right to work. He was able to identify the problem in minutes, explained to how the conducer worked (this was the problem with my AC) and how the AC worked overall. Very was very quick, thorough and polite, and very knowledgeable and professional. Blake had said that he has been taking as many calls as possible to help get AC problems fixed because he considers this an emergency since it is so hot outside and he just wants to help as many people as possible and he is even happy to do so. I would 10/10 recommend these guys to everyone. The lady answering the phone to assist in helping set up the appointment was extremely kind and helpful too! they all deserve 5 stars.

The courtesy and consideration of all the techs was superb. Jose became a trusted friend to me and my dogs who were around the whole time. Nate was super too. All of the guys were first rate. They were efficient, timely and very professional. They treated me like a valued customer and wanted to make sure everything met my expectations. I had a furnace, heat pump and replacement of my duct work all in one day. I had no idea the trouble I had and thank God I called them before winter. I will have piece of mind and comfortable home. I would highly recommend this company.
