Four years ago I needed to replace a furnace at one of my rental properties, my property manager sent me 2 bids, and I chose Aire Serv LO. That’s how I met Dean. We consulted and he installed a HVAC matched set for me, which has been working fine. Due to roof construction, the heat pump needed to be temporarily removed, so Dean came out to do this. As my older unit had been gas {I forgot that he had installed an all electric system}, I asked him to check that gas would be off. He replied that HVAC was not gas, however while in my unit, on his own {this is how thorough he is} , he checked my other gas units, including an almost 20 year old fireplace. He recommended it should be replaced at some point, again we consulted, he answered all my questions and concerns. The idea of a new hearth came up, which turned out to be a kind of hobby of his. He traveled out of town to find old bricks to match the interior walls, sent pictures of several design mock-ups…And I had new tenants moving in soon after Thanksgiving, giving him a very narrow window to complete old removal, new installation & making a hearth. He came back in right after turkey day, worked through the weekend, sent update pictures/reports…and finished with just enough time for readying unit for tenants. And I live out of the country in a very different time zone…Dean, Ashley & Tesha all worked together with my property management under some very difficult situations for Dean, hands on, to get this done. He now takes care of all my rentals…in addition to taking care of me personally!!

The technician from Aire Serv came on 10-14-19 and was very professional and worked to fix the concern. He went over and above what he needed to do. In addition, he helped to relieve the stress of the past 3 days giving additional pointers for good furnace maintenance. The technician took the heat exchanger out and did not find holes and also tested for carbon monoxide and flue gas. All these findings indicated the furnace did not need to be replaced. He put the furnace back together, working and our home is warm again thanks to a reliable technician. On 10-11-19, we had another company come to do a maintenance tune-up. After just a sort time, the technician said he would have to disable our furnace as there were holes in the heat exchanger and the furnace would have to be replaced. He showed pictures which did appear as such. He called his hvac specialist who came and gave a proposal . He did not offer to have another diagnostic technician confirm his finding. Since we had a home warranty contract, we called them to have one of their contracted companies schedule an appointment . This left us 3 days without any heat in our home

I had a 25 + year old mid-efficiency furnace that failed, and I called Aireserv. The repairman gave me an honest evaluation that I could replace a failed component on the existing unit or upgrade to a new furnace. No pressure sale, he gave me a lot of information regarding the pros and cons and price for all options, and the decision was up to me. I made the choice to get a new high efficiency furnace. To help keep our house warm for the few days that took for the new heater to arrive, he provided several space heaters for us to use. The installation then went as planned, and the Airserve team followed up with me to make sure that I was happy. And initially, there was an issue that I wasn’t completely happy about. The discharge air duct was placed close to our neighbor’s house which caused some noise issues that were not evident right away. I expressed my concerns, and Airserve made it clear that they would make sure that I was completely satisfied. They came back and re-routed the air vent up along the chimney very inconspicuously and professionally (at no additional charge). I felt like I was treated extremely well all throughout the process, which is not a feeling I have often these days buying anything. So I highly recommend Aireserv to anyone needed a repair, or new furnace.
