I came home from work at 8:00 PM on a Sunday only to find the temperature in the house at 86 degrees and the a/c unit outside not running. I googled a/ c repair in my area. From the listings for 24/7 service that I called three calls went to voice mail, the first live person who answered said they had no one to come out that evening despite they're advertised 24/7 service; however when I called Aire Serve the phone was answered right away by a very nice lady who told me that she could get a technician out to my house within an hour and quoted a very reasonable price. I was like "Great!". Soon a very nice technician named Gilbert arrived and got the cool air flowing within minutes. I am very grateful because without these folks my family would have had to endure a very uncomfortably hot night.

It is Sunday of Labor Day weekend 2024 and at 8:00 pm our HVAC system took a dump and stopped working. It didn’t take long for the temperature and humidity to start rising in the house as well as my wife’s patience. And trust me, when she isn’t comfortable, I’m going to hear about it. I thought for sure I was screwed and I wouldn’t be able to get it looked at until after the holiday. I called Aireserve and within 30 minutes the service professional, Colton, arrived. He got us back up and running quickly. A nice young man, very respectful and professional. Plus, he left the area he worked in as clean as when he arrived. Which my wife was very pleased about. We couldn’t be more satisfied. In a day and age when good customer service is mere punchline than an actual way of doing business, Aireserve and its technician, Colton, exceeded expectations and turned what could have been a very uncomfortable Labor Day weekend into and enjoyable, cool and relaxing one.
