They installed a heat pump for my home, there were issues with the install, I called and let the owner of the company know, and they were right out to repair the issues, I’m am very happy with how they handled the situation. Everything is 100 percent with my unit right now. They do honest work and will come back to make things right if there are issues. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Jim, Nick, and Jordan. Pros: Rapid service, professionalism, price transparency, courtesy Cons: None I have to admit, when I was looking for a company to come check out what was wrong with our heat pump system, I thought Aire Serv had a suspiciously large amount of 5 star reviews, like they were faked or something. Well, Google said they were "verified" customers, so I went with Aire Serv. Contacted them on Wednesday, got an appointment for Thursday afternoon so immediately I was impressed, especially because it's only a few days until Christmas. When it came to the actual appointment, David was ahead of schedule and called us to ask if he could come earlier, which was good. He was extremely professional throughout. He patiently narrowed down the source of our problem and then told us the solution and the full cost before fixing it to make sure we were comfortable with the price. Once we agreed, he fixed it. Our system is now working 100%! Throughout the appointment David was also mindful of our home and property, even making sure to wipe his feet on the mat each time he came up from our dirt floor basement. We are very impressed and satisfied customers. The reviews are legit.
