Aaron was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and provided us with an overview of what he had found by showing us photos on his tablet. He was able to describe the problems and their remedies in a way that was easy for us to understand. He presented us with the facts that we needed and he outlined the probable cost of making the needed changes. This was our first experience with Aireserv. We were very impressed.

My HVAC service went out of business recently. I sought to find out whether another Aire Serv franchise might be able to take me on as a customer. Turns out that was not possible. However, Sarah Kujawski, with Aire Serv of the Shenandoah Valley franchise reached out to me on her own and ultimately recommended two companies in my area that had fantastic reviews. I went down to the office on a Friday morning this fall to see if a tech could come out and check my system as I thought it may not be working properly. Originally I was told a tech would not be able to come until monday. So we setup a appointment for Monday. Later that morning I got a call from Aire Serv letting me know they would have someone there at noon. The tech, texted me her picture and arrival time. Prior to getting in touch with aire serv I had placed a call to my Brother in Law in New Jersey who owns his own Hvac company, I explained my problem and he instructed me to get someone to look at the heat pump. The tech checked my system and also checked my blower to see if it needed cleaning. After checking the system she informed me that I Didn't need a cleaning, then she checked the heat pump. She showed me the numbers on the gauges and told me I needed a condenser which was $180.00. I called my Brother in Law and gave him the information on the gauges. He agreed and told me to let them replace it. He asked me how much were they charging me, I said $180,00. He said that was a good deal because he charges $300.00 for a condenser. I would definitely use them again.

VERY professional. I had to call because of being left high and dry by another local plumbing/heating person – got a call back within an hour, scheduled a diagnostic visit on the weekend with Maddie. Well, let me tell you – that was THE most professional meeting I have ever had, everything was explained in great detail – and I am so happy! Maddie was patient and very thorough and professional – I recommend this company to everyone. Wish I had called them first!

We had a Heat pump complete with duct work and a mini split system installed in our home that was built back in the 60's that had no duct work at all. The Air Serve team of Ken and Tyler (designers) and Marty, Dylan, Robert, Wil, And Chris H. (installers) worked for 3 days in difficult conditions of the attic, basement crawlspaces, difficult terrane and sub freezing temps. They were professional, courteous and did the install with minimal disruptions and being very clean and informative throughout . I highly recommend Air Serv for all HVAC needs
