They provided a very thorough assessment of the HVAC systems in the house we considered buying. They provided several pictures and a 51 point checklist of each HVAC system. They even performed an assessment of our dryer vent ducting. They then provided a web based portal where I could pick and choose any, or all, of the services they recommended. The inspection and assessment report was a good value. However, their service prices seemed a bit high, so I'm considering getting a second opinion.

I was amazed to get same-day service and the appointment was updated to a better time. Your technician, Angel, impressed me and the repair proceeded smoothly. The exterior circuit box had a minor opening that allowed a spider or two to spin a cocoon-like web that shorted the circuit! A few years ago a mouse managed to get inside the heat pump and gnawed the insulation. When Angel suggested a new box I agreed that was a good idea.

The technician was to completely clean-out one split air system. (This system is susceptible to mold growth from summer moisture). I found that a UV light attachment is now available to kill and stop said growth. My assigned technician did a good job of cleaning but had a problem with installing the UV system, as he had ever done that before. However, he did get the job done and explained the work done for me. I am very satisfied. Only the cost of the UV system units keep me from installing it on all of my split air system, at this time.

Repair was thoroughly explained & in addition he also explained how the system functions with recommendations/tips.
