  • Aire Serv did an amazing job with our home HVAC problems. Our AC went out, and when another company came, they tried to nickel and dime us to death with a new AC contract. I decided to do some research on local companies, and I found Aire Serv. I am grateful I did. They came out when they said they would, were very professional, told us the cost and described some savings opportunities that we could take. We went with Aire Serv to install the AC units. When Jordan, Herby, and Charles came to work on the units, they realized that the original units had been installed incorrectly and there were multiple issues with the AC unit. They took the time to show my dad exactly what had gone wrong, and how they were going to have to change some things to make the new AC units work. They took tons of time to make sure that the job was done right. Our AC units are now on pads, the wires are UV protected, and they ran new lines in the correct places. My father and mother thought that this level of service would cost them more after they saw the major problems with the AC units, but instead they got amazing service for the same price as the original contract they signed with Aire Serv. The company we contacted originally would have cost us 4,000 more dollars, and I don’t think they would have been nearly as attentive as this company. I will be going with this company for all my future HVAC needs.

  • We had been without heat for over 18 hours. We reached out to AIre Serv and was greeted by a friendly lady who took our information and stated someone would be contacting us before arrival with their picture and information. Jordan arrived within hours of our call. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem. He was very professional and upfront about the issue and the cost. We will be a return customer.
