How can you improve your home’s efficiency? With Aire Serv and Energize Delaware’s Home Performance Program!

Are you ready to make your home more comfortable and energy-efficient? Aire Serv® of Newark and Energize Delaware’s Home Performance with the ENERGY STAR® program are here to help! This program takes a whole-house approach to improve your home's comfort, energy efficiency, durability, and safety. Instead of just fixing one issue, it looks at ways to improve your entire home, helping you save money and live more comfortably.

Step 1: Schedule a Home Energy Assessment

Give us a call to set up your assessment. The co-pay is $50, or just $25 for income-qualified customers.

Step 2: Get Free Energy-Saving Products

With your permission, the auditor will install up to $250 worth of energy-saving products during the assessment at no extra cost. These might include LED light bulbs or water heater pipe insulation. Remember, this assessment is required to qualify for any program incentives.

Step 3: Review Your Energy Report

Next, they’ll review the Home Energy Assessment Report with you, help you decide which improvements to make, and discuss the incentives available.

Step 4: Sign the Agreement and Reserve Your Rebate

Once you’ve decided on the work you want, you will sign an agreement. Before the job begins, they’ll submit your HVAC rebate reservation to Energize Delaware.

Step 5: Completing the Work and Final Inspection

An energy advisor will perform a final inspection to ensure everything is done right. Occasionally, the Energize Delaware team might randomly select your project for a quality review.

Step 6: Receive Your Rebate

After the final inspection, all necessary paperwork will be submitted to complete your HVAC rebate application. Once approved, you’ll receive your gas rebate check within 6 to 8 weeks. Keep in mind that your home might have some existing health and safety issues or insufficient insulation that need to be addressed first.

Take the first step towards a more comfortable and energy-efficient home with Aire Serv and Energize Delaware’s program right here in Newark!
