Nick Martin was my first tech who came out. Nick was very attentive, empathetic, and explained every step and process to put me at ease. Nick went above and beyond and followed up with me as well. I been in the customer service field for 15 years and Nick provided a great customer experience. Give that man a raise! I am saving his number and will recommend him and the company to everyone!

Aire Serv has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of replacing our furnace. Nick was knowledgeable on each item we had installed, walking through the differences of each unit in detail and providing a recommendation for a product that wasn’t the most expensive. Brayan and his partner who installed the unit were professional, friendly, and efficient.

Great service. Had a two hour window then received a text when tech was on the way. The tech Lance was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and how he would correct it. He also explained some other things about the furnace. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely call Aire Serv again if any furnace or a/c issues. Lance did a great job. A++ service.
