Meet the team of Aire Serv of Rochester!

I have 25+ years in leadership working for startups, small business and corporate companies in Rochester. I am responsible for business operations at Aire Serv. I work with Rick and the rest of the team to ensure the business process we have in place allows us the flexibility to provide the exceptional customer service we strive for. Rick and I live in Brockport our teenagers go to Brockport High School and we enjoy being a small business in Spencerport.

I have been in HVAC for 20+ years and started my career at Hi -Qual in Spencerport. My team and I are focused on providing exceptional customer service while in their homes installing their new system. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and today we are one of the only companies who still makes their metal in the shop prior to the start of a job.

I joined Aire Serv in 2021 eager to learn the HVAC trade. I work on the install team and enjoy how we install new equipment for our customers. Every day is a different day with new challenges and every job is a bit different.

Josh is an experienced HVAC lead install technician and a lead service professional with a strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. EPA Section 608 certified, with training in proper system sizing, refrigerant handling, airflow setup, electrical basics, quality installation standards and proper diagnostic sequences that help ensure efficient, reliable performance.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial HVAC, Rick is the owner and driving force behind Aire Serv of Rochester. Specializing in large-scale systems, complex diagnostics, and long-term equipment performance, Rick brings unmatched industry knowledge and leadership to every project. Known for reliability, expertise, and a commitment to quality, Rick has built a reputation for delivering dependable solutions that keep businesses running efficiently year-round.

Fernando joined the team in 2024. He came to Aire Serv with years of experience in HVAC as a service Professional. He is a great addition to our team and loves to help his customers with their HVAC needs.
