Meet the Aire Serv Team of the Emerald Coast
Ray has also been the proud owner of Aire Serv of the Emerald Coast for over 3 years. He was born and raised in Modesto, CA. The sun and the beach are what brought him to the Emerald Coast. Once he arrived, he saw a need in the HVAC industry here, so he pursued that opportunity! Ray spends his free time with his wonderful family. He has a beautiful wife who he has been married to for over 30 years and they have raised 7 children together. They love spoiling their 4 grandchildren and can’t wait for more grandkids to be added to the bunch!
Ray loves a funny, wholesome family movie, which is why his favorite movie is RV. Before moving from California, he received his BS in Criminal Law from California State University Fresno. This actually brings us to his fun fact: Ray was once a spy for the government. Another interesting fact is that Ray served in the Army for 8 years. He is proud to be an American and enjoyed his time in the military.
Linda has been a proud owner of Aire Serv of the Emerald Coast for over 3 years. Her and Ray make a dynamic duo of a team and enjoy the perks of owning and running a business together. Linda met Ray in Modesto, CA. They are high school sweethearts and have raised a beautiful family together! Her favorite parts about living in the Panhandle of Florida are the beautiful beaches and the weather. In her spare time, she spends time with family and likes to travel and explore! The quote that she is most inspired by is: “If your why is not big enough, your excuses will be.” Her and her husband of over 30 years have raised 7 children and now have the joy of watching 4 grandkids grow. Linda obtained a Ministry degree from Vision Leadership Institute. An interesting fact about her is that the first 4 of her children were born in 4 ½ years, and she homeschooled all of them at the same time.

Caitlin has been a part of the team for 3 years. She was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In Caitlin’s free time, she spends time with her husband, 2 daughters, 1 son, 2 cats, and hamster. Some of her favorite hobbies are going to the beach, researching products, and crafting. A quote that she finds encouraging is: “Keep your face always towards the sun and the shadows will fall behind you.” - Walt Whitman. Two interesting facts about Caitlin are that her favorite movie is The Princess Bride and she walked a tiger in Australia.

Josh RayaProfessional Service Technician
Josh has been with Aire Serv of the Emerald Coast for 3 years. He was born in Augsburg, Germany. He was raised in the Kansas City area, which is where his love for the Chiefs came from (Go Chiefs!). The reason for relocating to Santa Rosa Beach was to be closer to his extended family and to help his dad, Ray Raya, manage Aire Serv. They make a pretty great team!
Some of Josh’s hobbies are spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and building things. He has been blessed with a wonderful wife of over 5 years and 3 adorable children. They also have 2 cats and 1 hamster named Fluffy (their 4 year old named her). One of his favorite quotes is: “Consistency is what separates winners from wannabes.” A movie he could watch over and over again are the Fast and Furious series! Josh spent 6 years dedicated to serving in the US Army as a Blackhawk Crew Chief/Mechanic. He is thankful for that experience and the opportunity to serve his country.
