Very good experience. Venice was very nice and professional. Figured out the problem (deflective ignitor switch), showed the repair price transparently and fixed it. Everything works fine and Venice even spent time to help us order correct replacement AC filters.

Alton and his crew did a great job installing a new heat pump and ductwork in my house. They were very flexible with my schedule since I was doing major remodel of the house that requires doing the install in stages. Their quality of workmanship is great and they did not cut any corners. They followed up after the city inspection and took care of minor corrections promptly.
