Jason Beck went above and beyond the routine service. We had a scheduled maintenance and after checking the unit, Jason helped connect my phone to our Gree units WiFi. Jeff (the technician) and Bailey (the lady in the office) have always been great to work with. Jeff has come out a number of times, but it’s never for the same thing. Our HVAC units are old and he has been able to get them working for us each time. He only fixes what is actually broken and doesn’t charge us for unnecessary things. He saved us thousands of dollars this past summer by fixing what others had said was not fixable (others said we had to replace the entire system)(Jeff fixed it for about 1/4 the cost). So, Aire Serv of the Gold Country, let’s give Jeff a raise! 😀

We scheduled a service call with Aire Serv who responded quickly. On the agreed day at the agreed time, Jason Beck, their amiable technician arrived & dove into the task forthwith. Conscientious, knowledgeable, respectful, the tech diagnosed the issue swiftly. Within an hour, he had our split system running perfectly. This tradesman exhibited a strong command of the industry. His jovial nature was deeply appreciated. Call Bailey and your HVAC problems will receive prompt & courteous consideration. Whether new install or seasonal tune-up, Aire Serv is top notch. Aire Serv went above and beyond when our heater went out. Someone at home is fighting cancer and needs the warmth and they moved mountains to accommodate us. Dylan volunteered to work overtime and get us up and running the same evening. This company is what service is all about. 10 plus in my book.
