When it needs service we have always called Aire Serv of the Gold Country. The phone calls are very efficiently handled, appointments kept timely, the billing and follow up is courteous, and sincere. The service reps are neat and clean, well mannered and take care of the concerns at hand. The air returns were installed too small to handle the size house and Sam advised installing or changing out what we have, since this is not an immediate concern and the weather has been so hot, I am waiting until Fall so the guys don't have to deal with the HOT attic.”

  • “This company provided outstanding service. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and received a call back by 8:30 AM. They had their technician here the same day, even in this horrendous heat wave. The receptionist was so kind and she even called me to tell me they were on the way. Most places won't do that as they just show up whenever. I was happy to know that the cost of the service fee would be applied to the bill if repairs were completed with them. The technician was very helpful and even though it wasn't an AC issue, he told us what he'd do if it were his own issue. He put shoe covers on before entering our home, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. He said he was doing it out of respect for our home. I was very impressed with their service and will call them again if needed. I wish there were more businesses like this one!!”

  • “Bought a new house and needed to get HVAC system checked. Called local Aire Serv of Gold Country, and they came out quick! $99 diagnostic fee. He was super knowledgeable and very experienced. Came in, checked my system, did some minor adjustments, cleaned the relay for maintenance and he was done. System was in good order and he was on his way. I paid via on his tablet which made things nice and easy. Emailed me receipt. This is the guy you want to work on your system.”

  • “A+ rating! Yesterday (Saturday) it was hot, my air-conditioning was not working efficiently to cool down the house. I called late in the afternoon, they took my name and number and said they'll have someone call me as so as they are available. 30 minutes later they called and said he was in Jackson and he'll be by in an hour. When he came, he took a looked at it and saw the air-conditioner unit was next to the dryer vent. He used the water hose and clean the lent from the air-conditioner vents. After he was done he said, "You are on my way home, no charge and call if I had any more problems." A BIG Thank You to our technician & his wife as she sat in the pickup waiting for him. In the past, I went through hard times, they fix my air-conditioning unit and let me make payments until I pay it off. Aire Serv has always been dependable and excellent service though the 25 years I've lived here.”

  • “My husband and I moved into our home 4 years ago and had Aire Serv install a new heater and air conditioning unit, as our house was 30 years old and the unit we had hardly worked. We had some trouble with the new unit shutting off before it reached the temperatures on the thermostats. They came to trouble shoot it several times and then installed a new thermostat. That seemed to make it better, but it still wasn't 100%. Finally the mystery was solved and they had to do a lot of work to make the openings (where the filters go) bigger. It was a lot of extra work for them, but they stood behind their work and reputation. It's so efficient now that people can't believe how low our PG&E bill is. We have them service it twice a year and it's well worth the money. The servicemen are always prompt, courteous and respectful of us and our home, (they wear these little booties when they come in the house so as not to get the floors and rugs dirty). We would definitely recommend Aire Serv .”

  • “Two days before the big storm, my central heat quit. The installing company (NOT Aire Serv) couldn't be easily reached, and when I did, they told me they could send someone 5 days later. Not good customer service. I called the Aire Serv folks, and they got a man out that day. Ran some diagnostics, and ordered the code indicated part. Since it wouldn't be available for a day, they left me a space heater to keep me warm (n/c). It was a bugger to fix, as several issues clouded the repair and required multiple daily visits and work to fix. I was charged 1 very reasonable service call charge, and the price of a new circuit board. They were attentive, courteous, and professional. They showed up and/or called when they said they would, and my heater works beautifully now. Thank You!”
