    lonny was friendly and professional. he did a full check of our complete system and unfortunately had to bear the bad news of us needing a whole new unit. he was honest and had our best interest in mind. he advised repairs could be done but much sooner than later, a new system was inevitable. while he spoke in terms i did not understand fully, he made sure to break it down to where i understood the full extent. jered then followed after to get a layout of the house and fit us for the best ac unit and furnace. he was also friendly and professional in quite a bad situation. he was polite with my children and made them feel more comfortable with everything going on. though we did not wake up expecting the news we received, this company handled it better than i could have expected. thank you for also supporting our military services and offering a military discount.

    Lonnie was outstanding, he went above and beyond on the hottest day of the year so far. I had a tech from a different company at my house this morning, he misdiagnosed the system and actually ended up doing damage to my AC unit. I’ve worked in HVAC before and I knew that what he was telling me was not correct – I called Aireserv and unlike the other company, they sent someone who took their time, and did the job correctly. Lonnie went above and beyond when he really didn’t have to, and my family appreciates that. Thank you again, I will 100% be calling Aireserv for my future needs.

    Very respectful knowledgeable and professional. They took care for my property. They went out of their way to explain the new systems to me. They put in a new furnace and a new air conditioner installed in 5 hours! They left the work area clean. I cannot believe how quiet these new modern units are. I don't think they are more than 10% of the loud returns on the old units. Being more efficient it should save me some money this hot summer coming up. I can't recommend them more highly.
