lonny was friendly and professional. he did a full check of our complete system and unfortunately had to bear the bad news of us needing a whole new unit. he was honest and had our best interest in mind. he advised repairs could be done but much sooner than later, a new system was inevitable. while he spoke in terms i did not understand fully, he made sure to break it down to where i understood the full extent. jered then followed after to get a layout of the house and fit us for the best ac unit and furnace. he was also friendly and professional in quite a bad situation. he was polite with my children and made them feel more comfortable with everything going on. though we did not wake up expecting the news we received, this company handled it better than i could have expected. thank you for also supporting our military services and offering a military discount.

Our heater went out on a Sunday afternoon and it was serviced and working again the same day. Colton, the technician arrived early. He talked to me and made sure I understand what was wrong with it. He made sure I know how much it will cost before doing the service. He also educated me on what to look for in the filter as an indication that it needed replacement to prevent future problems. Very professional. He also made sure to put shoe covers when entering our house which I appreciate.

The whole experience really began late night of February 23, when our furnace stopped working, Air Serv took our call and Scott, one of their service men called back in a just a few minutes. After some consultation, we made the decision to have him come first thing on Sunday morning, He arrived around 8:15 and spent several hours working with our furnace, eventually involving Chris in the process. They were honest that given the age of the furnace, it's future was problematic. Eight days later it went out again, AireServ came back and tried very hard to revive the furnace, but given the problems, the only decision was to replace it. Their sales representative, Kurt, stopped by that afternoon, he made us aware of the range of furnaces we could choose from, the pros and cons of each and once the decision was made, he was able to insure that what we wanted was in stock and could be installed the next day. Drew and Ernie were at our door by 9 AM the following morning and at around 12:30, our new furnace was installed and working; by 1:15 the guys from Aire Serv had cleaned up their work area and were gone, leaving the area around the furnace as clean, if not cleaner than it was before they arrived. It is now one week later and the new furnace is quieter, more efficient and working without a hitch. I was impressed with every aspect of Aire Serv and it's people; their prices were reasonable and competitive, ever individual was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
