The HSA that I received when I bought my house last year was a joke. Stop selling those dam things. The HSA was awful!! As for Aire serve, they have been wonderful to work with. From Erica being patient with all of my questions with the HSA and all the replacement options, to DeAndre doing Diagnostics, and to Chase with the installation, it has been a wonderful experience! They were friendly and very knowledgeable with my full furnace and AC replacement. Chase took my mess of a furnace and made it look great!! Looks so neat and tidy! Thank you again!! I will be calling Aire Serve for all my HVAC needs! Just hopefully not for a while! ;)

My first experience began the day I called to have my heating system checked. Since I called on a Saturday and the company is closed on weekends, they cordially informed me that they would send a technician on Monday. A day before the service, they sent me a reminder; on the day of the appointment, they even sent a message with the technician's name and a brief description of him—a really nice touch. The technician was very professional; he explained exactly what he had done in great detail and offered advice on unit maintenance, as well as information on an Aire Serv monthly plan designed to make future service calls easier. I highly recommend their services.
