Service tech arrived on time, He cleaned and tested my AC unit which is 12 years old. Only problem with the unit was a bit low on coolant. Low coolant could be a loss from testing the unit in the pass or a slow leak. He topped off the coolant and said it would probably be next year or the year after if we know there is a slow leak. I bought a service agreement with AireServ for the AC and furnace. Service tech was very professional.

Aire Serv of Louisville are fantastic! Cameron came out to do inspection & maintenance service on our 6 year-old furnace and that’s exactly what he did. Another “large local” company, that shall go unnamed, came out before Aire Serv of Louisville, and they tried to price gouge me with repairs costing $2000 that were completely unnecessary on a furnace that was just built in 2016! Our furnace is working great and we are having zero problems… so why would any repairs be needed?! I wanted an honest second opinion, and that’s exactly what I got. Cameron confirmed my suspicions that there was nothing wrong with our furnace and I was only charged for what I was quoted on the phone. Cameron was also very knowledgeable and explained things well. I will always recommend and use Aire Serv of Louisville! Thanks, Cameron!
