Didn't complain about anything just handled and did his job like a true professional. . In addition, he arrived in his time frame that was stated too me when appt. was made, We our very pleased. I cannot say enough about AireServ. My infusion motor went out on my unit and I actually went with another company to repair. That company came out, took me for a $100 emergency repair fee only to tell me they don’t have the part and will need to order it which would have been no problem if they actually ordered it… Days go by After that and they never even bothered to follow up with me. I called and called and never heard anything back from them about my part or if they were even going to attempt to order it and fix my unit. My family was without heat and due to the cold we couldn’t even stay in our house for a few days…. That’s when I saw a billboard and decided to call AireServ. They came right out and diagnosed the issue. We ran into the same issues with securing the part but there was communication and follow up the whole entire time. Needless to say they found the part and it was installed within 3 days of the original appointment. I want to thank my technician Aaron for his great work and customer service. He was very pleasant to work with and I could tell that he cared about getting my unit up and working. I will always go with AireServ for any of my future HVAC needs. Kudos to you guys.
