Several months ago our geothermal system stopped working due to a broken ground loop. We had already been using Air Serve to service the unit and we’re aware that it had issues and wouldn’t last much longer. Rather than trying to locate the loop and dig up a large portion of our yard we went with a conventional heat pump system. Several actually. The miracle work that Richard, Derek, Steve and the guys performed was absolutely superb. They were able to run all the electrical and refrigeration lines with very very minimal damage to the home. The damage was discussed ahead of the installation and they completely took care of getting the right folks to do the repairs . All of the work, I mean ALL of it was impeccable. The attention to detail is not something I have seen in any other company. Cameron, pictured in the photo, is our service tech. We have a yearly contract with them, which I highly recommend, and, and each time Cameron comes out the service is incredibly thorough. He knows the systems inside and our and I never have to worry about getting quality service. When Cameron comes it isn’t a 15 minute inspection, he’s there for hours making absolutely sure everything is running in top notch condition. I really can’t say enough about how much Aire Serve IS the company to use. They are the only company I would recommend.
