After getting a new furnace installed, we noticed the humidity levels in our house were really low. So we decided to purchase a whole house humidifier. We had Aire Serv do some servicing at our house before and were very happy. So we decided to purchase the deal they had to install the whole house humidifier. I was very impressed with the technician (Kirk) who was at our house. He walked me through the options of where to put the humidifier and discussed the process and time required to get it installed. He took his time to make sure the work was done right, and that the humidifier was working and doing what it is supposed to do. After the installation was complete there were no hidden charges or fees, and he was on his way. Again, I was very impressed by Aire Serv and the quality of personnel.

Had a water heater let go in the morning but couldn't arrange anything till lunch hour figuring I wouldn't have hot water for a couple of days. They called with a quote within 10 minutes and were at the house an hour later. By the time I got off work I had hot water again and everything was already cleaned up. Price matched the quote with no hidden charges as well. Jason, the service tech that came out explained everything clearly prior to the work and delivered on all! Would definitely recommend them!

I got 5 estimates on a new HVAC and they were the best out of all 5 by nearly $500. The sales rep (Keith) walked me through the process (as I was a first time home owner and had no clue what I was getting into) and was quick to answer all my questions. They arrived on time on the date scheduled and completed the job. The HVAC installer were very professional and courteous. They would have been done in one day but it took 2 because of the rather small chimney I have they had to fit the chimney liner in to. I love my HVAC and its saving me about $50/month on energy. I also get 2 check ups this year and I definitely plan on purchasing their maintenance plan because of the excellent service I have received. Downside: They had to knock out a few inches of my crawlspace entrance to get the furnace in but they fixed it the door back up to seal it so no critters can get in. It would have had to be done by any HVAC install because the crawlspace door was about 2 inches too small. I cannot highly recommend them enough.
