Our Aire Serv tech Rob, was on call this weekend and responded to our need for immediate help on Sunday late morning. We could not have asked for better service. Rob was on time. He went downstairs and investigated what needed to be done to the furnace. Unfortunately the repair would have cost about a third of what a new furnace would have cost so we opted for a new furnace. Rob worked with us and Tom was involved in setting the estimate. It was very fair and we made the purchase. Being installed tomorrow.
