Air Serv arrived the same day I called (on the hottest day of the summer) promptly as promised, tested my A/C compressor components and found a defective capacitor, replaced it and checked the rest of my system. Air Serv was a hit with me from the first contact when Sandy asked how she could make me smile today. Well, that started it :-). The technician, Richard, called while on his way and met me – actually, he had the capacitor replaced before I got home. He took time to show me the tests and analysis he performed, compared results to the voltage and ohm reading ranges on my unit cover and how he determined that the capacitor was the problem. It seems to be increasingly difficult to find any company these days – from McDonalds to a car dealer to a hardware store – who delivers what the promise or understands the customer pays the bills and a happy customer builds a successful business. Hats off to Air Serv !!!! Guess who I'll call when I need a new A/C or furnace? Thanks folks !!!
