We have been impressed with Airserve’s work since they starting servicing our gas furnace two years ago. Today they proved that their excellent customer service and technical skills can make all the difference in an emergency situation. When the day started it was 4° outside , our furnace was not working and the house was getting very cold. I called Aireserve at 7:00 am and James arrived at 8:00 am. He got to work immediately and we had heat again within an hour. Thank you Airserve!

Our central air conditioning system decided to give out on the evening of the hottest day of the Summer so far, and the day before a major holiday (July 3)! We contacted Aire Serv and reached their on call answering service who arranged for a technician to come to our home to check things out. The tech was very knowledgeable and went straight to work, diagnosing and correcting the problem, which turned out to be a clogged filter. When he was finished, he explained exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He also checked the entire system over to ensure things were working properly. When he gave us the bill, we were pleasantly surprised as it was extremely reasonable given the fact that this was an evening service call on July 3rd! (We thought we'd have to take out a small loan for the service). We were so impressed and pleased with the service provided, we plan to schedule service for our furnace and central air conditioning system with Aire Serv in the future.

We had an issue where two out of three of our heating zones were not working at our house. We had another technician from a different company that was supposed to come out, but they had a vehicle failure that was going to delay them two or three days. We called Aire Serv, and they had someone out in 2 hours. Kyle was professional and polite and even gave us a few pointers to save a bit of money. Excellent and prompt service, and VERY reasonable price. I’ll be using them again to service our heating system!
