They arrived on time, spoke with me about the issues we were having and then got to work resolving them. 1 hour later we had heat and they were finished. Very professional and courteous. Explained what they had done to fix the problem so I could understand. Very happy and cozy as I sit here writing this review! Thanks again for everyone that helped (including the friendly people in the office that we spoke with) getting us our heat back in a timely manner. Glad we have you and will recommend this company to anyone!

We had a pipe burst late Sunday night. After calling around with no luck, I reached out to Aire Serv and was connected with the owner, Harvey. Even at midnight, He took the time to understand the issue and assured me it could be fixed. After sending him a few pictures of my boiler system, he was able to walk me through shutting down zones of my heating system so we at least had some heat. He then put in a service call for the following day to have someone come out and fix it. The tech, Joshua, arrived in the following afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and explained what he would do to fix it. It took a little bit to apply the fix due to the tricky location of the pipe, but he was able to get it done. Once the work was completed, he took the extra time to ensure every bit of the system was functioning properly.
