Highly recommend!! They got someone to me same day, thank you so much!! Everyone is very friendly. Very knowledgeable and identified my AC issue within ten mins (that another company the night before couldn’t). AC back up and house is finally cooling down!! They just earned a customer for life!

I was unhappy. In 2016 I had repairs on my 3 year old unit and was told my an office personal Lisa that she would file a claim into Mitchibitzi for the repairs and parts as my pic board was replaced and the compressor blower went out and I was under warranty. I repeatedly called as this was never done. In 2018 I had 3bs of coolant added. From Air Serve. Still the previous problem had not been addressed under Warranty. Then in 2019. I had another service call as my unit was not heating in May. I called another diamond service dealer and more coolant was added. I had 10oz if coolant and he recharged the system to make heat. In June we switched to the air and no cool air! Called Air Serv again and you came out and electronically located the leak and unit ran out of gas. Our unit at this time cannot be repaired only replaced. As you can see this whole ordeal has been frustrating as we have spent well over $3,000 on repairs. We have contacted Mitchibitzi and because now the warranty has run out they tell us there is nothing they can do. Your rep Peter Howard came to talk with us and took pictures of all our paid service calls. He never filed a claim with Mitchibitzi as we were told he would. They Did not have a claim number .
