Very smart, polite, professional young man. Office people are very nice too. The only negative I have is not directed at them but all furnace companies. None of them provide a new filter for the furnace when they come to service it.they say they can not accommodate the different sizes. Then they should either get the measurements when they do service and bring it back the first time. Then it is on file and when they come the following year , they should bring it with them.. I understand I’m paying for a professional service and it’s ok but not providing the filter is not ok. Giroux serviced the other side AND they have the same practices. It’s everyone’s policy!!! WRONG
