Local Emergency HVAC Service in Candler, North Carolina

I believe positives should be told, since too often people only see and hear negatives. Our older A/C unit failed to work one day. I called AireServ based on a Google search and reviews. I not only received prompt service, I received a call back asking, if an earlier appointment would work better. John Connelly arrived and diagnosed the problem the options began. We could we have just patched the system and went on our way, but my experience with quick fixing a major problem usually ends up costing more money and aggravation down the road. I cannot speak high enough about John’s professionalism. Most people need their better half to be involved with a decision of this nature, (it is not only the right thing to do, but also to stay out of the doghouse), so John offered to come back after a full day of work at 08:30pm, so he could speak to both of us together about our options. John arrived promptly and was genuinely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Genuineness is a trait I believe has been lost in a lot of areas of our society. John did not try to pressure us to add equipment we did not need, but informed us of all the options available. I believe good customer service is the most important part of any business, and many other businesses are faulting in this area (especially in WNC). I believe AireServ and John know how to give excellent customer service. We give them both 5 stars based on our experience. This review is based on our service call and consultation for our options prior to installation. I will write a separate review after the installation occurs. This is an updated review of the installation of a brand-new air-conditioning unit. Every single thing that occurred from installation (which only took a few hours) to paying the final bill was flawless. The professionalism, friendliness, and genuineness are all things AireServ believe and practice. I give this company, and all the employees I have had contact with (6), the highest rating I can. Give them a chance; I do not believe you will be disappointed. In addition, I did not receive anything for these reviews other than superior service.

I was very pleased with these guys they where very professional and knew what needed to be done. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hvac replacement or service.

These guys are the best. When other HVAC companies were incompetent and/or trying to scam me, these guys were honest and fast. Much appreciated and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I am so glad to have had Casey come to service my AC/heating system. He was conscientious enough to return yesterday to be sure his initial diagnosis was correct instead of just replacing the part. I so appreciate him going the extra mile. My compliments to him and Marcus for their kindness and professionalism. My compliments to Tammy, too, who is also always kind, professional and helpful when I've called.
