  • Timely response on a Friday to no heat at a rental house by Sr. Service Tech, Dean McClure. Dean’s communication and followthrough was outstanding. I was out of town, Dean sent photos and video and explained repair costs for the old 1995 gas furnace. Decided to replace the old unit. Dean brought portable heaters to the tenants for the weekend. He and crew installed the new furnace Monday morning and it was running and the house was warm by 2:30 pm that day. He followed up with photos of the installation. Really couldn’t be more pleased with Aire Serv. They will be the ones I call in the future.
