Great experience! Installers were just as polite as Will was with the initial consult- they weren’t upset that I very much wanted to hide out of the way while they worked. Super polite doing the walkthrough at the end, and the office was great about processing the billing process in the simplest way. Aire Serv was my second opinion. The estimate was WAY lower than Horizon (who never called me back after the consult anyway- despite saying they would.) Highly recommend Aire Serv!

The folks from Aire Serv came quickly when our heat went out. They diagnosed and explained the issues thoroughly and presented our repair or replacement options. We opted to replace our unit and they had workers and equipment to do installation the very next day! The installers were respectful of our property laying out tarps for their entire walking path. The install took a few hours and we're very happy with the results. New unit includes 10-year we warranty on parts and labor plus they will provide a year of their maintenance package for free.

Don has come out to our property twice. First, as a second opinion after receiving services from our previous HVAC company. He was personable and honest, and provided feedback as if we were family. He did such a great job, we cancelled our previous contract and signed with his company. Don came out for scheduled maintenance today and was able to get our unit running great for 23 years old. Again, he was always personable and honest. He does not want to or even try to up-charge, but wants to do right by the customer. Don is welcomed back anytime!
