Aire Serve installed a new system for us about four years ago. They worked to make sure it was installed and balanced properly and they have done the regular maintenance for us since then. About a week ago, we had a power surge and the compressor blew. This was at 8:30 on a Sunday night. I spoke with someone at a call center and he set up an appointment for Monday. About 10 minutes after that, I got a call from Jim Schaffer and he said he wanted to send a technician out that night to check it and make sure what they would be dealing with the next day. The technician, Damien Torres arrive shortly after the call. He was extremely professional and really just a nice guy. He explained what the problem was and made sure he knew what they needed to fix it. They got the parts and my system was back up and running Tuesday afternoon. Aire Serve has always taken great care of us and their people are professional and courteous. If you need AC work, contact them!

4/3/23 We had an appointment with airserv to do duct cleaning. They sent Nate, Pablo, and I forgot the 3rd guys name. They were all professional and courteous. They went through and cleaned each duct and then caulked the edges closed to prevent pulling of dust from the attic, which they also cleaned from the ceiling. They scrubbed each vent cover clean and sanitized the system. And finally, they swept our floor clean. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. No, they are not the cheapest in the area, but having used the cheapest guy before, who only wanted to upsale me, it was nice to have someone provide real customer service instead.
