From Humble Beginnings to a Thriving Family Legacy

Our company's story began with a shared dream and immense grit. Years ago, Brian and his wife, Denise, balanced three part-time jobs each just to keep their vision alive while raising their young family.

Whether it was Brian attending trade school full-time, delivering newspapers, or driving taxis, every milestone was earned. Even their young daughter, Caitlin, watched from the backseat of the car as they swept parking lots in Fairfield.

Caitlin eventually began helping out by answering phones after school during high school. Over the last 10-plus years, she has worked her way up to become the company's longest-running employee.

Today, she works alongside her niece Hallie, maintaining the tight-knit family culture that forms the heart of our business. 

By shifting his focus from working in the business to running it, Brian made it his mission to surround himself with an unstoppable team of highly capable professionals to serve our clients better.
