Meet the Team at Aire Serv of Johnson County

Kaleb grew up in Granbury, where life revolved around baseball games and adventures with his three brothers. Now married and the proud father of four dogs, Kaleb is currently pursuing his master’s degree in nursing at Tarleton State University. When he’s not busy with classes or work, you’ll find him enjoying video games or tinkering with his truck. Kaleb has been in the industry since 2018. When we asked him why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “It was an easy choice since he grew up in the family business.

Jared, born and raised in Dallas, Texas, is a dedicated professional with a passion for quality and craftsmanship. A graduate of Summit School of Ministry in Pennsylvania, Jared has built a fulfilling personal life with his spouse and three children. In his free time, he enjoys a variety of hobbies such as carpentry, playing guitar and drums, ice hockey, trap shooting, and baseball. His high school years were marked by active participation in competitive trap shooting across Texas, highlighted by two standout achievements at the Waco Gun Club: a perfect hit on all 25 targets in one round and a personal best of 98 out of 100 targets. Since 2012, Jared has been involved in the HVAC industry, bringing experience and expertise to his work. He joined the Aire Serv team because of their unwavering commitment to quality in every aspect of their service, a value that resonates deeply with him. Jared’s blend of professional dedication and diverse interests shapes his well-rounded approach to life and work.

Cheyanne has deep roots in Waco, Texas, which she has always considered home despite moving frequently as a child due to her father’s Army service. A proud graduate of Midway High School, she was actively involved in the band during her school years. An only child, Cheyanne shares a special bond with her beloved dog, who holds a very important place in her life. Since joining the HVAC industry in 2020, Cheyanne has built her career around a passion for quality and reliability. She chose to join the Aire Serv team because of their strong organizational standards and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Cheyanne enjoys a wide range of activities, including music and attending concerts, crafting, hunting, and fishing. A devoted animal lover, she has always dreamed of having a pig as a pet, reflecting her unique and caring personality.

Keith was born and raised in Cleburne, TX, and attended Hill College after graduation. He now lives in Granbury with his wife, four children, and two grandchildren. Keith enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, traveling, and spending time with his family. Known among close friends and family for his sense of humor, Keith often invents new words to describe things–sometimes using real words in hilariously wrong contexts, adding a playful twist to his storytelling. With a career in the HVAC industry dating back to 1988, Keith started his own company in 1998 and later chose to partner with Aire Serv in March 2009. His commitment to high-quality customer service drives him: “It irritates me that the service industry lacks service, and my goal is to put service back into the service industry.” Keith values Aire Serv’s association with Neighborly’s Code of Values and credits the franchise's business principles and training for helping him learn to successfully own and operate a small business. Keith’s passion is helping people and providing exceptional service as he continues to make a difference in his community.

Marc was born in San Antonio and moved to Waco at the age of six. He graduated from Midway High School in 2017. Since 2019, Marc has been working in the HVAC industry, earning certifications and building his expertise. He chose to join the Aire Serv team because he appreciates their welcoming environment, strong values, and family-like culture. When Marc is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their child, watching sports, and expanding his knowledge of HVAC. He is an avid art lover. Marc is also a passionate fan of LSU and the Las Vegas Raiders.

Tony is a native of Winters, Texas, and a retired Army veteran. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Applied Science while balancing the demands of family life with his wife and seven children. Tony entered the HVAC industry in 2023 after obtaining his EPA license. When asked about joining the Aire Serv team, he highlighted his appreciation for its strong family-oriented culture. He brings a fresh perspective to HVAC, combining his disciplined military background with his passion for serving others.

Casey grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, where the warmth of small-town life shaped his values and sense of community. Early on, education was important to him—after earning his associate degree, Casey set his sights on a hands-on, in-demand field: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Pursuing HVAC wasn’t just a career choice; it was a commitment. He got to work earning his EPA Universal, TDLR, NATE Core HVAC Support Tech, and NATE Ready to Work certifications—all in his first year in the industry, 2023. Despite being new, Casey’s motivation and focus stood out to his peers and mentors alike. Away from work, Casey’s happiest moments are shared with his wife, their two daughters, and their two lively chihuahuas. Whether out on a quiet lake fishing or sharpening his archery skills, he finds peace and joy in the great outdoors. Casey’s drive and determination have roots in his years of Army service. The discipline and sense of duty he learned as a veteran now guide him in civilian life, bringing reliability and strength to his professional pursuits. When asked why he chose Aire Serv, Casey pointed to the team’s forward-thinking approach: “I noticed a strong sense of planning ahead with quality training.” It’s clear that whether at home, out in nature, or in the field, Casey’s story is one of dedication, growth, and service.

Andrew hails from New Hampshire, where he grew up in the lively atmosphere of a large family. In 2024, he embraced fatherhood for the first time with the birth of his son—a role that brings him immense pride and joy. Outside of work, Andrew unwinds by watching baseball, exploring photography, diving into a good book, and casting a line while fishing. Andrew’s professional journey in the HVAC industry began in 2020. He holds both an EPA certification and a TDLR certification, demonstrating his commitment to professionalism and industry standards. When asked what drew him to the Aire Serv team, Andrew shared: “I wanted a stable job with a company that has a great reputation in HVAC to support my son.” Andrew’s dedication to his family and career is evident in everything he does, both on and off the job.

Laura is originally from Houston and spent a transformative year in Germany as an exchange student. She attended Summit International School of Ministry and shares her life with her husband and their four children. Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys horseback riding, homesteading, and creating art. Laura entered the HVAC industry in 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and strong work ethic. When asked why she chose to join the Aire Serv team, she emphasized her appreciation for the company's genuine care for its employees. With her certifications and passion for her work, Laura is a valued member of the HVAC community

John grew up in Cedar Park before pursuing his associate's degree in HVAC/R. During college, he represented TSTC in the state competition, winning first place in the HVAC category. Since entering the HVAC industry in 2022, John has earned both his EPA universal and NATE certifications. What excites John most about HVAC is the challenge of solving the unique "puzzle" each system presents. When asked why he chose to join the Aire Serv team, he highlighted the interview process, saying it successfully filters out those who don’t truly love the industry and the community it serves. Outside of work, John enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé and engaging in board and video games.

Jennifer, a native of Granbury, Texas, has been happily married since 1998 and is a proud mother of three sons and one daughter. She cherishes her role as a grandmother to four precious grandbabies. Jennifer’s passions include photography and crafting, hobbies that allow her to express her creativity. Since 2018, she has built a career in the HVAC industry, bringing dedication and expertise to her work. Jennifer chose to join the Aire Serv team because of its strong family values, honesty, and loyalty to clients, which align perfectly with her own principles.

Kara grew up in Cleburne and is the proud mother of four boys and Gigi to two grandsons. She married in 1994, and together with her husband, launched their first HVAC company in 1999. Kara holds a degree in marketing and graduated from seminary in 2025, reflecting her commitment to both professional growth and personal faith. She has actively worked in the HVAC industry since 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her work. Her strong family values, extensive industry experience, and educational background make her a valued leader and mentor in her field.

Emmy grew up in the Austin area and relocated to Granbury in 2017 with her mom and sister. She graduated in 2021 and has since built a flourishing career in the HVAC industry. Emmy is passionate about her work and holds certifications in Dynamic Indoor Air Quality, Phone Etiquette, and Systems training. Her dedication and professionalism earned her the distinguished title of Aire Serv Office Professional of the Year in 2022 among all Aire Serv locations worldwide. Emmy chose to join the Aire Serv team because she values the family atmosphere it fosters and the opportunity to be a "real-life superhero" for clients, helping those who are uncomfortable in their homes. Outside of work, Emmy is married and a devoted dog lover, sharing her home with four dogs. Her fondness for dogs is so strong that she struggles to say no to adding more to her furry family.

Maggie hails from Lipan and brings a unique charm to the team as the Aire Serv mascot since October 2023. Educated with a shock collar, she’s part of a lively family that includes her mom, dad, and three siblings: Gracie, a German Shorthaired Pointer; Charlie, a chocolate Poodle; and Toaster, a Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix. Maggie’s favorite pastimes include lounging on fancy furniture, begging for human food, and playing with cats—though she’s puzzled by why they often run away from her. She proudly holds certifications as a “Pretty girl” and a “good dog.” Maggie’s all-time favorite people to see each day are clients and delivery drivers, whose visits brighten her day. She chose to work with Aire Serv because they shower her with treats and pets throughout the day, making her feel truly loved and part of the family.

Kasen graduated from Theological Seminary in 2025. As the youngest of four boys, he values time with his loved ones and enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Kasen actively volunteers at church and is dedicated to building an international ministry aimed at developing church leadership. He also partners with a ministry focused on reaching Gen Z for Jesus. Kasen began his career in the HVAC industry in 2021 and holds industry certifications. When asked why he chose the Aire Serv team, he said, "It's a great family business with excellent values."

Charles was born in Hobbs, New Mexico. After graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Navy, spending two years at sea aboard a Guided Missile Destroyer. Following his military service, Charles attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he majored in electronics engineering, and later earned an associate’s degree in computer maintenance technology. Charles has worked in the HVAC industry since 1995. Throughout his career, he’s developed a reputation for both technical excellence and a strong commitment to customer service. When considering a new opportunity, he sought a company where he genuinely respected the culture and values. After careful research and two interviews, Charles joined Aire Serv, confident it was the best decision for his career. He cites several reasons for this choice: the owner’s authentic care for clients, a top-tier team, outstanding company structure and resources, and industry-leading training that keeps the staff at the cutting edge of HVAC solutions. Charles and his wife have three sons, one daughter, and three grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, cowboy action shooting, and hosting cookouts with friends. Above all, he cherishes his role as "Pops" to his grandsons, making memories with his family whenever possible.

Kyle was born and raised in Granbury, TX, as one of four boys in a family where baseball was a big part of growing up. Married with two young sons, whom he proudly calls the cutest boys in the world, Kyle spends his free time fishing, hunting, watching baseball, and playing video games with his brother. Since 2015, Kyle has built his career in the HVAC industry. He started out as an installer and furthered his expertise by attending school to become a certified technician in 2019.

Charlie was raised in Cleburne, Texas, where strong values and a love for his community were instilled in him from a young age. He later pursued his passion for faith and learning by earning a degree in Biblical Studies. Today, Charlie shares life with his wife and their one son, cherishing family moments and living out his devotion through both study and service. In his free time, Charlie enjoys a range of hobbies that reflect his creativity and love for the outdoors. Whether he’s woodworking, fishing, hunting, or diving deep into Scripture, he brings thoughtfulness and passion to everything he does. One fun fact about Charlie is his incredible musical talent—he plays four instruments proficiently and has a working knowledge of at least ten more. His diverse abilities and warm personality make him a joy to be around and an asset to any community he's a part of. Charlie joined the HVAC industry in 2023. He has earned his EPA and his EPA 608 types I & II certifications. When we asked him why he wanted to join the Aire Serv team, he said: “I chose to work with Aire Serv because of the company’s character, development, and the potential with my growing family's needs.”

Imanol is a dedicated HVAC professional from Temple who began his journey in the industry in 2025. After graduating high school, he pursued specialized training at Cyber Tex Institute of Technology, focusing on HVAC systems. Drawn to the field by its continual development and growth, Imanol was motivated to join the Aire Serv team because of the company's strong core values and positive culture. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of activities including fishing, playing soccer, video games, and building with Legos, reflecting a balance of outdoor interests and creative hobbies.

Rashem, originally from California and raised in Indiana, brings a unique background to his new career in HVAC starting in 2025. A high school graduate with some college experience, Rashem comes from a large family with seven brothers and two sisters. Before transitioning into the HVAC field, he worked as an international flight attendant, gaining valuable experience in global customer service. Passionate about gaming and food, Rashem chose to join AireServ for its team-oriented culture and has stayed because of the positive environment he found there.

Adrian is happily married and a dedicated father of two. He’s an enthusiast of the great outdoors, enjoying fishing, shooting, and off-roading whenever possible. A passionate gamer and BBQ aficionado, Adrian also makes time for regular workouts to stay active. He loves traveling to new places, always seeking new adventures and experiences to share with his family. Adrian has been in the HVAC industry since 2020 and holds his EPA and TDLR certifications. When we asked him why he joined the Aire Serv team, he said: “It’s a good company with room for growth.”
