100% would recommend to everyone I encounter that has an AC system issue. They were super supportive of me as an individual but also as a veteran. All of the technicians I encountered from the free second opinion to the free new installation estimate to the team that actually installed the unit everyone was professional and super quality work. They cleaned up after their work was done. All of their work is nice, clean lines, zip ties and over all quality with the best equipment.

Everything with the removal and installation of a new water heater was done professionally. They install Bradford White which is much better and efficient wayer heater than the old non brand heater I had that was leaking.

Our technician, Rob Stickley was extremely professional and very courteous. Rob explained the issue we had with our heating system in terms we understood. The part had to be ordered and he came back as soon as it arrived. Rob was on time and was done in no time at all with everything running smoothly. We really appreciated the way he interacted with us and the customer service he provided. Definately recommend this company...especially if all the technicians are as good as ours was!

Our propane furnace died on Tuesday, and by dinner time Wednesday, I had a brand new system installed and running beautifully. Everyone that we interacted with at Aire Serv from start to finish was a class act and the turnaround time was mindblowing. Had my HVAC system replaced and was extremely happy with the entire process! Sarah walked me through the different payment options and answered all of my questions. The technicians were knowledgeable, cheerful & efficient. They were in and out in a flash & cleaned everything up - it was like they were never there - kinda like Santa on Christmas Eve - and left a shiny new furnace & AC unit!!!
