    I called for a preventative maintenance visit. The technician Rolan was professional and easy to deal with. He showed me the capacitor and said the numbers on his meter showed it was still within limits. I asked him to replace it because other capacitors I've had fail, all did so during the middle of summer. No up selling from Rolan. Rolan said they could install a UV light inside the air handler to kill mold / bacteria. Considering the humidity here in FL, I asked to have it installed. The attached image is a window installed to confirm the UV light is operational. It's only on when the fan is blowing. I also opted for the maintenance plan 17.99/month. Janet the support staff has been very courteous and easy to deal with. I almost didn't give them 5 stars, because their business software needs work. The tablet Rolan used seemed fine, but I didn't receive a bill of sale. I paid via CC, but I had no idea what exactly I paid for. One document I received was blank. Janet did get it corrected. I hope they figure out how to consolidate their bill of sale into one document.
