Today Isaac was my service man from Air Serv and he did an excellent job in checking my HVAC system for the upcoming cooling season! He is very professional and personable! My HVAC system is a little over four years old now, and I continue to get the benefits of this new system not only in how much less it costs to cool and heat my home, but the efficiency of it! Isaac took the time to even polish the outside A/C unit after he thoroughly cleaned the inside coils. He even rolled up my water hose into its outside storage compartment for me! Thank You, Isaac! This company continues to bless me and they check my system twice a year! It is a wonderful safeguard to have and worth every bit of money to have them come to check the system before the cooling and before the heating season! I enjoyed visiting with Isaac and having Air Serv in my home to make sure my system is running perfectly efficient! Isaac introduced me to a whole house dehumidifier which would be installed underneath the home to help reduce humidity and condensation within the ductwork! He also talked about a whole house portable air cleaner! Which really assists in catching small particular matter out of the air and intensifies your furnace filter! Two very good products that would assist my home in better cooling and air quality. I will be considering these options in the future! Thanks again Issac for getting us ready for the upcoming cooling season! You did an outstanding job and I appreciate you! And my little dog thanks you too! Aaron arrived on time and immediately donned shoe covers (nice). He diagnosed our issue and got our heat back on. Given the age of our unit we will meet with someone next week to discuss options.

When the technician (Jered Shoopman) arrived, he was extremely nice and professional right off the bat. He cared about what he does and he helped me out immensely. Because of that technician Alone, I am getting services provided by the company he works for, Aire Serv!

lonny was friendly and professional. he did a full check of our complete system and unfortunately had to bear the bad news of us needing a whole new unit. he was honest and had our best interest in mind. he advised repairs could be done but much sooner than later, a new system was inevitable. while he spoke in terms i did not understand fully, he made sure to break it down to where i understood the full extent. jered then followed after to get a layout of the house and fit us for the best ac unit and furnace. he was also friendly and professional in quite a bad situation. he was polite with my children and made them feel more comfortable with everything going on. though we did not wake up expecting the news we received, this company handled it better than i could have expected. thank you for also supporting our military services and offering a military discount.
