Experience was a 10/10 from start to finish! My salesman, Thomas, was very professional and communicative. Thomas was understanding of my sense of urgency and the need to get this done sooner than later. My old AC stopped blowing cold air on a very hot day. They sent a technician out the same day to diagnose. I was offered a couple repair options, but decided to upgrade my full system to something more premium and efficient. Preston and Logan came out to install the equipment the next day, and did a great job! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and professionalism!

Airserve always shows up on time for annual maintenance and sends reminders. I have a nice system Still under the 10 yr warranty – had issue with needed junction box installed and it was covered- would have cost $500+ without it . The techs were thorough and explained to me the problem and fixed it without cost. I’m very happy with AireServe and would recommend it. Jason and Ethan were the techs-both very nice and I felt comfortable with their reccs. Also got a surge protector for good price on the junction box

I contacted Aire Serv via their website to get a quote for a duct cleaning. They responded within minutes and scheduled an appointment to come out to our home in less than a week. Thomas came out and reviewed everything very quickly. He advised us of all the different options. He was very informative and easy to talk with. Not sure if we’ll be using them yet, still waiting for more quotes but I’d definitely recommend at least getting a quote.
