We have used Aire Serv for several years now to maintain our system With absolutely no complaints. Our existing system, installed by the builder was very basic and slightly undersized. Justin discussed our options and after much research we chose Aire serve to upgrade our whole system to a Lennox. There price was competitive for the area and the installation was smooth. No mess, no trouble never knew they were here thanks to Justin,Richard R. and Steve F. Would recommend them to any one who wants a quality service Based on our experience.

The professionalism was top notch. Both the Sales Representative (Andrew) and Service Techs (Stacy and Bryan) who visited my home were pleasant to work with. Andrew was punctual and professional in all aspects of the home visit, where he was also informative about the reasons behind the sizing of the A/C Unit for the home (2 ton unit req'd for home size of 715 sq ft – although the Big Deal was advertised for a 3-ton, which would have been sized incorrectly and caused premature wear on the unit due to cycling on/off too frequently, putting undo stress on the compressor and shortening the life of the unit, so 2-ton it is, makes sense..). Thankfully, Andrew mentioned that, since the Big Deal price is all the same; with that being said he did mention however, that installing a 2.5 ton Evaporator Coil could help remove more humidity from the air, where my current one (1.5 ton Evap coil) was lacking (showed him signs of condensation on my ceiling due to high humidity levels during the summer (evaporator wasn't removing enough moisture from the air circulated through the house).. That was news to me, so I was excited to upgrade the evaporator coil to help remove more humidity from the air circulating inside the house (basically, it works just like a dehumidifier, and now I just got an upgrade!).. So I'm happy! Andrew even took the time to get up into my attic to check out the insulation on my central duct work for the house (routed through the attic, which isn't the easiest thing to get to, by the way) due to my comment about the condensation on my ceiling (previously mentioned). He offered to insulate ($75, which was reasonable), but I declined for now. And the only reason I did was due to the shock of having to pay for some additional fees that I wasn't expecting (Big Deal = $2,499), which included components alone (Disconnect + Whip = $220, Breaker = $95, A/C unit pad = $65), and then there was a comment on the Big Deal Disclosure, but no actual example of potential costs associated with getting the Jefferson County Permit = $175); Therefore, total cost of New Replacement Home Air Conditioning Unit + Indoor Evaporator Coil (including install) = $3,050.. Considering I was expecting close to $4,000 for a new unit (quoted when service was completed on current AC unit – 7/12/2013), when it was mentioned that my unit was about to fail for good, and would cost as much to repair as to replace with new.. Then the Angie's List Big Deal came along. And I feel that this was, in fact a good deal. I am happy with the results and quality of service! Just could have been a little more transparent with the complete package (next time I would suggest Aire Serv include all the potential costs and then tell the customer that it might cost less than advertised if there were certain features NOT needed, or at least disclose that there might be additional costs for all the common components that were listed above, with avg cost adds)..

He went above and beyond to figure out what my problem was. Working with other companies for over a year and we could never find my problem with ny furnace. But I believe this company did do justt that . Great work.
