I thank GOD in Jesus Christ Amen ❤️ So, My furnace went out overnight, I called 🤳many companies but no one today, or was not available come til up to next Monday. I finally got AIRE SERV of Louisville, & they said yes, & send a service person from Hogenville KY, in 1 hour, he came in the rain, and right to my home to repair my furnace. I was shocked!!! 😀😯 After working on my furnace & me asking questions ❓ 😀. * He explain about the membership & a discount you can purchase to pay for services, if you need a payment plan. * I thought that was a great deal. His name was Aaron, he was a nice man & with a polite smile.. * He made sure everything "diagnostically" was okay, check my filter, my motor, the ignition etc., & he gave me a web site to order filters, price much less than what I was paying before. It didn't take him no time to discover my furnace problems. * You know, how you get that feeling "oh" I may not be able to pay this." But, they Said, Guess what, we got you!!! 👍😀👏 * I am so Bless ❤️to have Aire Serv on my side! I highly recommend AireServ (Louisville) for any HVAC work you may need!!! The installation didn't go perfectly smooth, but that just allowed us to better see what kind of company we were dealing with. Everyone who worked with us was exceptional. Richard, Richard and Danny demonstrated extreme professionalism, and convinced us that they cared very much about our problems, our health and our comfort. Richard provided us with a variety of detailed options for replacement systems. He then worked with us to come up with a system that meets our comfort needs as well as our checkbook. The installation took about 2 days due to the unique challenges presented. The technician was excellent about giving us periodic status updates. At NO point were we left in the dark. These guys are passionate about what they do. They strive to provide excellent service and products.

I used Aireserv from a fellow recommendation on putting new air inside of my laundromat as well as my hair salon. When Zach came in he spoke with us about going ductless and away from a traditional split system. We were skeptical on it at first due to not having much knowledge on it; but it was well worth it. Super efficient, individualized control per unit, as well as extremely quiet. Product has exceeded what we wanted and needed it to do and was a great alternative than the regular system. We are extremely happy and recommend Zach and his crew at Aireserv with all your heating and air needs.

The overall experience was excellent. I would use Aire Serve again. From the office's handling of the scheduling to the technician that came to do the service, everyone was courteous and professional. If I had to nitpick, the only thing that I could find remotely deficient with my experience is that the technician was about 20 minutes late for the appointment. He called to tell me he was on his way and based on the timing of his call, it seemed like he was going to be right on time, however he may have had some trouble finding me because a 20 minute trip took 40. Aside from that very minor niggle, the service was great. Tim was very professional. He went right to work and cleaned the filthy system. He also checked all the components on his list. There was one item – a capacitor – that tested out of normal range. He didn't put any big sales pressure on me to buy the item. In fact, he was on his way out the door when I said I'd go ahead and replace it right then and there. He ran out to the truck, got the part and had it installed 10-15 minutes later. The funniest thing was Tim's insistence on putting booties over his shoes. We're in the middle of a renovation and I don't think his damp shoes would have left a mark you could pick out of the paint splotches, drywall mud splatters and assorted debris.

Purchased the $49 dollar furnace inspection. The inspector came, and was courteous and on-time. He did a very thorough inspection and stayed for almost 2 hours, so I was very pleased with the time spent on the inspection and the attention to detail. I did need to spend an additional $80 dollars to replace a part that he recommended to be replaced. There was no pressure though, but I went ahead and did it. Overall very good impression left to me by Aire-Serv and this furnace technician in particular.
