Jason was great! He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My system had not been thoroughly checked in awhile & I knew that likely it had some issues. Apparently it did! I had no idea that my system was underperforming until it was fixed! I had blamed the need for extra fans for airflow on our hot summers & my lack of trees for shade. My house is so cool now, I feel like I have an entirely new system. He discussed all options including repair vs. new system, likely cost involved if certain issues found on assessment. I opted for the Advantage Plan since it offered discounts on the parts and refrigerant that I anticipated I would need. He did such a great job, that I had him come back days later for another job on 4/29/14. My system is old (over 20 years) and I had been dealing with an irritating task of trying to clean my air filters. You needed to be a contortionist to reach them & they were re-usable, not disposable. As a result, not much air filtration was taking place. Another contractor had stated that he could make a frame for my ceiling in-flow vent to avoid this, but that I would have to special order my filters since the vent was not standard size so I had declined to do this in the past. I discussed this with Jason & he came up with a plan. He enlarged my present vent size in my ceiling in-flow just enough so that I would be able to purchase a standard size filter 20x20x1, replaced the vent grille with a new one & supplied me with new filters. The new vent grille just has 2 sliding latches that are so easy to manipulate I cannot believe it. And it looks great! I truly wish I would have had this company come by a few years ago. Excellent service and so pleased with the results!

I couldn't have asked for a more professional and thorough cleaning of the HVAC unit. He was right on time and stayed as long as I had questions. He pointed out parts of the furnace that might become an issue in the future and the signs to look for if it wasn't working properly. The unit needed a new capacitor and he installed it without making another service call. That says customer service with a smile.

He was really professional and told me things about my furnace and air conditioner that I didn?t know. He told me that I was working my systems too hard because I was using filters that get everything (i.e. pollen). He told me that by using regular filter for a while, I could ensure more energy savings. By purchasing the upgraded thermostat through this company I was able to save money. The same thermostat cost nearly $100 at the home improvment store.

Called multiple companies. All were closed or charging "emergency" rates. Called Aire Serv and got someone on the phone immediately. Technician arrived an hour and a half later. No "emergency" fee. Tech performed diagnostic check and determined the flame sensor rod needed cleaning. This solved the issue. Diagnostic charge was it! Technician (Richard R.) was awesome. He explained everything he was doing. I learned more from him about a furnace than I ever knew before. The whole experience was one of the best I have ever had. The final charges were less than others wanted just to come out. If I ever need any HVAC service in the future, I know who I will be calling.
