I’ve recently use aire serv in tri cities and I’ve had a great experience. Being a new homeowner and finding out that your AC unit is not able to be fixed is a very anxiety ridden experience. Lisa the technician that came out the first time was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was going on and what was wrong and why my house was not cooling like it was supposed to. Matter of fact she was so well-versed in everything that I felt very confident in her level of experience and knowledge that I requested that she come back to install the new equipment when it was to come. I actually got a phone call from Amber that the equipment came a lot sooner than I had anticipated and we were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner especially around my busy work schedule Lisa and Dan came out promptly at 8:30 on the day that we were scheduled and worked diligently for eight hours on my AC. They respected my home and they were very professional. There were a good team to have because they were just at ease with each other and that made me feel at ease too. Lisa explain to me how to use my new thermostat and instructed me on programming. Dan went over the the filters and keep in all the vents open and showed me exactly where things were in my house that I didn’t even know where they were because I hadn’t really lived in the home that long and I was always working. In this day and age I am very leary of people always taken advantage of other people and companies always trying to one up their customers and I felt this was not the case. I actually had a really great experience, so much so I even bought the extended warranty for my new equipment, because it’s an investment in my home and ultimately I need to be kept warm and cool as need be to function. Please don’t hesitate to call them.
