Aireserv recently (last year) installed three new heating and airconditioning units in my home. The price was right, the installation was perfect and the service I have received since has been incredible. Any request I make is acknowledged and addressed at once. I asked for a consultation for conditioning a porch I plan to enclose and the owner was there the next day exploring every option to accomplish this at the least effort and cost to me. My go to company from now on. Oh did I mention Jamie, the receptionist has the most wonderful voice and demeanor.

Always pleased to recommend Aire Serv of Aggieland. This was the follow-up after the significant freeze in late January, where a part was needed to fully complete the repair. It took longer than expected for the part to come in, to the point where the local team sent a driver to Houston to get the part. Amber and the team kept us in the loop on status and scheduled the appointment to fit our schedule for installation. ******************** Continued exceptional support and service from the Aire Serv team, no wonder they are the “Best in the Brazos!” We called Monday morning following the hard freeze of late January to have them take a look at our downstairs furnace. I fully anticipated following the weekend, it would be a few days before they would get to us, as we had other working heat options in our home. They asked if they could come that morning, to which we heartily agreed. Jordan arrived discovered there was a problem with a low pressure switch, but they didn’t have the part on hand and wouldn’t be able to immediately obtain one with many business closed due to the weather conditions. He made a short term repair that would allow for heating, but would need to return with the part (I had to purchase the part) for the full repair. Honest, responsive, pleasant, professional…glad to work with them. For further past experiences with them, please see below! ++++++++++++++++ We had the Aire Serv team install a Mitsubishi mini-split unit for our media room. Don, Flor, Nick, and Amber took great care of us. They kept us informed on the process, helped us coordinate with an electrician, and kept us abreast of when our unit arrived. Flor worked tirelessly with us in schedule coordination. As always, pleased with AireServ (see below 👇 n a previous experience). Absolutely recommend them! Previous experience: We were working with another local company and had received quotes to repair the Amana system with warranty on the compressor, or to completely replace the condenser unit with a Trane. As the other company was a Trane dealer, I checked on the Amana website to find a local Amana dealer to see if there may be better options on the warranty repair. I reached out to Aire Serv (they were listed on the Amana website) over the weekend, and they got back with me right away. As this was a second (upstairs) unit, I didn’t want a weekend service call so they contacted me on Monday morning and provided a quote that was $1500 less than the repair quote from the other company. They did state up front that it may take 7-10 business days to receive the compressor. They offered to install window units during the wait period, which we appreciated but declined. As there were further unanticipated delays in shipping the compressor within the 7-10 business days, they worked with Amana and were able to completely replace the entire condenser unit at the same price for the repair. After Don and his team arrived and installed the new condenser late on a Friday afternoon (and it rained on them!), they were able to even further reduce the cost as the new unit didn’t require as much Freon for the factory charge. Courteous, honest, professional—and what a tremendous value! We will trust Aire Serv for our future heating and a/c needs!!!
