  • It is never easy to hear that we had thousands of dollars worth of damage to our HVAC system, but Dale, our service technician spent an enormous amount of time showing me pictures and explaining the problems he encountered during our routine maintenance check. Had he not taken the care to thoroughly investigate and explain the issues he came across, I wouldn’t have followed up and made another appointment to schedule repairs. But when he helped me understand that if we didn’t intervene, there were health concerns, as well as tremendous wasted money because of the compromised efficiency of our entire system. At every step in this process, the professionals we’ve worked with have coordinated schedules, equipment and service. Carol in the front office is on top of everything. I feel like she knows my system and knows me even though I’ve never met her. Dale’s calm demeanor, professional skills and respectful manner gave me confidence that we would get the problem solved and end up with substantial savings in daily running costs because of improved system efficiency.   • I wanted my air ducts cleaned, so I booked an appointment for an estimate. Tanner arrived, and he was friendly and professional the entire estimate. He was also thorough. Tanner told me I don’t need to get the ducts cleaned, but he informed me of some things that may not be up to code and should be addressed by my builder’s warranty (new home). He said his company could do the work, but he doesn’t want me to have to pay for something that should still be covered by the new home warranty. Sure enough, the things he mentioned are in the inspection report from the closing process, and the builder had not addressed those items. I have full confidence that this company and Tanner are trustworthy and do high quality work. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
